We are a central service institution for the diagnosis and therapy of all diseases mentioned above.
As a specialized outpatient clinic, we interact with other Botulinum toxin – outpatient clinics as well as with resident doctors. To this end, botulinum toxin – treatment usually takes place 3 times in our clinic, with patients then being referred to resident doctors, once their injection schedule has been established (cf. www.botulinumtoxin.at for the list of certified BoNT-resident doctors).
In some cases, and as a University Clinic conducting active research, we are able to offer new therapies within the framework of studies approved in Austria. In case this applies to you, we will inform you accordingly during your visit. Prior to participating in studies, patients (or their legal representatives) are required to be comprehensively informed and give their consent.
