We welcome all GP and specialist referrals for cases of suspected motor neuron disease (e.g., amyotrophic lateral sclerosis and related disorders). Patients with a confirmed diagnosis of motor neuron disease do not require a referral. If all appointments are fully booked, patients will be assigned to a waiting list, with the allocation of appointments according to clinical severity.
